Food is good, sometimes they get order wrong but are very friendly about getting it right. Last couple times were fine, had an issue a while back but I think that was probably about the only time I've had a problem.
Guy behind the counter could work on simplifying his thought process. When I order a double burger with cheese and not the deluxe it means I dont want the stuff that comes on the deluxe (realistically I just don't want to pay extra for tomato) so when you ask what I want on it and I say everything that comes on it, give me all the toppings short of whats on the deluxe. We were there at a crowded time but did find a seat and enjoyed our burgers.
It's way better than most fast food definitely better than McDonald's Burger King and Taco Bell and Arby's
