I do a lot of reviews. I would like to take a moment and point out the positive. The person waiting on us was very friendly and got everything correct on the order. Food came out as ordered and was on par with what you would expect from Culver's. The entire establishment was very clean even the bathrooms. My mixer came in a cracked cup. I wasnt given the sauce I asked for. The ketchup dispenser was super slow and cause a back up around the drink dispenser area. Someone was vacuuming right next to our table almost the whole time. Staff was mostly teens who acted like they were better than everyone else. I like culvers. But I will never visit this one again.
