2 months ago we went to this Culver’s and the manager was on the grill. Our onion rings were burnt and burgers were cold. The manager had an attitude when we asked one meal be replaced and a refund for the other. We chalked his behavior as everyone has a bad day. We came back last night and oh boy it got worse! We placed our order a 10 piece shrimp dinner with onion rings instead of fries a side salad instead of colesaw and a double burger. The women in the front polite and hard working. Past three.orders I had delivered. They forgot the tomatoes. No straw...pepper missing ...sides missing....what happened???!!!??
I ordered a bacon double deluxe. I noticed the price was different when my burger came to my table it’s looked rather small also no bacon which now I realized why it was as cheaper. Almost like a McDonalds burger. While I ordered the girl didn’t seem too interested in my order at all. Which is fine just get it right. Never had an issue here before but I’m not one to return my food. I just ate it anyways. $16 for burger curds and drink. I feel utterly robbed with the burger that was presented to me.
