Came to culvers two weeks ago because of a fund raise activity, it was a drive thru, its kinda funny how we order at the machine, next window we just pay and we would be waiting for the food by the patio….and a staff would come outside running in the cold thur the patio section and give out the food lol I mean, we saw this being built I don’t understand why they don’t make another window so staff don’t need to run out in the cold? The Naper blvd location is my usual go to! This is the very first time that I have had an issue with the customer service. The guy on the speaker was very rude and dismissive. After asking his coworker, his name was “Vell”. I’m pretty sure this is his nickname. I’m going to be sure to reach out to corporate because as they say, one bad apple can ruin a bunch!
