Sitting here almost 15 minutes for 2 chocolate malts as we watched 4 workers stand at the counter holding a meeting, 3 of them even had their back to the customer service area. When I went up to the counter to find out where our food was a gal said she would check on it. It was the same food we saw sitting there but no one bring it to us. Lex killed it! After the incompetent drive through worker neglected to put our remake into the system after we received the incorrect food- We waited almost 30 minutes for one ice cream and finally had to ask Lex for help. He went above and beyond to assist us. His customer service skills were stellar !
It's been years since I been here... The cheese curds were even better then I remembered!
