It’s expensive ok-but we pick it bc we think we won’t leave frustrated. Two visits in a row got wrong item but didn’t realize until pulled away first time, then second time ordered 2 things- one was one scoop of cream that’s $5 and it was half melted, no spoon (was waiting at pull up spot not window so had to wait for person to go back in) , no napkins. These little things are why people consider just going somewhere else. These are easily fixable problems.
Another visit to one of my favorite burger restaurants. Always fresh and hot, on point with their service times, and fantastic staff. (Maria) took our drive through order 1353424316475 with a smile and exceeded our experience with the promptness and kind words. We all need more people like her that takes that initiative to satisfy customers. Thanks for a great experience. Tasty food and the deserts are the bomb!
My 1st time there. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Food was good and fresh and the place was real clean. A bit pricey though.
