This location never gets my order right. Staff are all very friendly and pleasant but man I just want my order made correctly for once. This is such a frequent issue that I took to the customer service email to alert the management of this location of the frequent incorrectly made items, and she was very apologetic and sent some coupons, which I appreciate. We always have the best experience and the best food when we go to Culver's. The wait time is a little longer than normal. Fast food restaurant cuz they make your food fresh.
