August 2035. Coupon expired a couple of of weeks ago. Tried the cod sandwich and asked for extra tartar sauce which Gilg got immediately. Do not recall an $8 price tag and small vanilla shake was $5.29. No knife or fork or napkins on the tray. Not feeling the love and our favorite staffer, Shawn, was in a reclusive mood. I was told I wasn’t able to get patties rung up as a la carte per the managers request to 2 employees to charge for a plain double no bun. (To overcharge the customer to phase out that button in the system) I don’t appreciate knowing your system and being overcharged and treated as if I don’t order from various locations, worked here in past, and have this on my order everytime I frequent a Culver’s.
We’ve been going to this location for years and years! My son told me I should review more places (haha) so I am! There was a brief window maybe two years ago where they had problems with ordering online and getting me the sugar free drink I requested — I am diabetic so I cannot have full sugar beverages — but I’m thrilled to say they’ve fixed that now!
