The employees here get your order wrong constantly, I've tried multiple times at this location. I've even talked to the manager about it respectably. It's almost like they take your order, and even repeat it and after that their brain just shuts off. It's wild.
Been coming to this location for years, the staffing keeps getting worse and worse and food keeps taking longer and long to get
My husband went through the drive thru to get us ice cream. He waited five minutes after repeatedly saying something into the speaker without being acknowledged. He had to call the store in order to get someone to take our order. We both ordered concrete mixers with extra topping. There were not extra toppings.
