KC is a truly great team member who always brightens my day when I visit this location. The food and service is always great and certainly happy to frequent here
I waited 15 over minutes for one chocolate malt and when i walked in they didn’t even apologize they just handed it to me silently. I have worked at culver’s before and this culver’s is hands down the worst i’ve been to. The workers have no sense of urgency and don’t care. drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the saint john location if you want good service.
