My husband and I came in looking for a comforting meal and decided to dine in for the first time, as we usually use the drive-thru. As always, our sandwiches were delicious. Unfortunately, my husband found a hair in his fries, and I later found one in my turtle ice cream. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they were kind, courteous, and apologetic.
