Had a pickup order because curbside is ridiculously slow. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I was there at 6:40, it was busy & my order wasn't ready yet. OK, it happens, I did not get my order until almost 7:15. The parking lot is an absolute cluster. I'll be so glad when Comeback Shack opens. Thank goodness there are new places opening now. This Culver's is a bad joke.
Food was bland. It's not the same. Communication it is failing in between the front counter and the kitchen. The front counter a a person did her job fine.
My husband and I eat at Culver's several times a month. We went to the Main St, Summerville on Saturday (Jan. 17) when we were out running errands. Every time we have eaten at any of the local Culver's, the food has been outstanding. I've eaten everything from corn dogs to fish sandwiches, salads to burgers, and we get frozen custard every trip. I use to enjoy getting Culvers but now the service and food seems to be going downhill. Every time I order curbside they take forever and I am always missing something. At one time I order a chicken sandwich and they forget to put the top bun on it. Who does that , how do you miss putting a bun on top of a chicken sandwich.
