We placed a drive thru order and received it at the car but it was missing an item. When we asked about it we were told that it wasn’t on the order and the person taking the order had messed up and not entered it. We said that’s fine but we do need the missing item (it was a free kids ice cream). We were told that it was entered incorrectly and he’s sorry but that’s it. There was no offer to correct it. We still said no problem we will wait for you to bring it out. He walked away and never came back out.
