2nd time here. Dry, cold burgers. Cheese didn't even melt . More worried about cleaning to go home in one hour than fresh, hot food. Very disappointing.
I ordered a bacon basket for $15 for my husband, which seemed pricey at first, but LaLa's remarkable customer service made it a worthwhile experience. I will definitely return, as the service was excellent. Although Cartersville's customer service has declined over the years, Culvers has set a new standard. Thank you, LaLa, for your outstanding service.
Did the drive thru and they delivered the bag of food to my car. They shorted me a large fries... the bag was sealed when I got it and I was in a hurry so I didn't open it until I got home.. 20 mile round trip to be shorted on my order..
