Absolutely HORRID experience. Did not receive my food after waiting way longer than should be expected at any fast food establishment, and trying to resolve the issue myself by going through multiple points of contact. The cherry on top? James, an assistant manager tells me I won’t be refunded for food I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE due to “franchise policy.” Horrible management, even worse customer service.
