Ordered a single burger, curbside. Clicked the I am here button, when I pulled in. Order was supposed to be out by 1:13 pm. By 1:21 pm, I have to go in and ask for it. Sure enough my order was sitting on the rack getting cold. I also opted for “grilled” onions and they were far from grilled. They were cooked enough to be slimy and greasy.
The gentleman with the name tag Billy does an exceptional job with customer relations and works very hard to keep this facility spotless. Restaurant is very clean and presentable to the public.
It was a long time since we had patronized Culvers, and we became both elated and sorry about our food. The 10 shrimp that we ordered were fantastic, they were butterflied, breaded and great tasting. Unfortunately, we also ordered a double butter burger. Since the last time we had one, they changed the prep to make the burgers like smash burgers. These burgers used to be thick, juicy, and fantastic. Not so anymore! If you are not a smashburger fan- don't order the butter burger.
