I want to recognize Cooper, the manager at Culver’s in Crown Point, for providing exceptional customer service. There was a mix-up with my order, and after I got home, I called the restaurant to explain the situation. It was late in the evening, and I was ready to sit down and enjoy dinner, so naturally I was frustrated. However, Cooper immediately turned the experience around. Food was ready when I arrived.
I hadnt been to culvers in a while, but always remembered it being high quality food. It is sad to see that they have gone the way of the rest of fast food in american and have raised prices and lowered their quality. The chicken tenders, which cost $9 for a 4 pc, were just long chicken nuggets. Anything for increased corporate profits though, right?
