We just went through the drive thru at 11:09 am, 7/8/26 and ordered a single butterburger with no cheese which the order taker didn't hear so we got it with cheese. Other times at other Culver's in Indianapolis we stopped to get a combo meal and they put cheese on when I specifically requested NO CHEESE at the drive thru. This has been an issue more times than not. It would be a good idea if they could repeat it back so the customer could correct the error. Then you wouldn't get customer complaints online.
Food quality very good food quantity is okay. 3 medium meals equals 40 dollars. My son love this place. Their burgers are good.
I absolutely love Culver's! I am a Texas native that recently moved to Indiana and we have nothing down there close to it. Even with it being fast food, it still somehow tastes healthy. I have visited 5 different locations in a 3 week period and the customer experience has been very consistent and enjoyable. Absolutely recommend Culver's!
