Way too many errors with food orders in the drive thru. If you’re going to screw up the order ATLEAST get the number of items in the order correct.
What a shame. Today Culver's has joined the rest of the fast food chains. I purposefully order from Culver's even though it's bit more expensive. Their food is usually better quality and the order is usually always correct. What happened today? Missing fries and missing cheese on both burgers. No one likes paying for something and not getting it. We all work hard for our little paychecks that are shrinking. Come on people let's do a better job taking care of each other and slow down and get things correct.

Placed an Uber Eats order and made an error when submitting it. Called this location literally 90 seconds after placing the order & asked that one of the two burgers I ordered be made plain (I accidentally added toppings). Was told 'I have Uber Eats; just cancel the order & send a new one' very condescendingly by the manager. Uber Eats refused to cancel or modify the order & suggested I deal directly with the vendor.
