Ordered a concrete mixer at the drive thru. After 10 mins had to go in and get it. They gave me the melted one that had apparently been sitting around since i ordered. Gave me a token for a free scoop only after i asked for it. Didn't seem particularly sorry for having messed up.
I have been to this covers many times and a few years back it was very well done and the quality of food was delicious. But lately the past couple months I’ve been there on different occasions and the food quality has not been good or up to par. I have noticed that they have either forgotten something or it has not been freshly made when it comes to their burgers and fries. I would love for this Culver’s to fix whatever the issue is because I really do enjoy Culver’s.
