After placing an online order for Curdside pickup, my family experienced an emergency that delayed being able to pick up the order at the originally-predicted time. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who was extremely kind and understanding! I didn't catch a name but the customer service provided, by graciously offering to remake our food when we were ready for it, was service second-to-none! I have been to this Culver’s many times and a few years back it was very well done and the quality of food was delicious. But lately the past couple months I’ve been there on different occasions and the food quality has not been good or up to par. I have noticed that they have either forgotten something or it has not been freshly made when it comes to their burgers and fries. I would love for this Culver’s to fix whatever the issue is because I really do enjoy Culver’s.
