Absolutely love Culver’s and the food, but the fact that you can order through the app and still be forced to come inside to pick up your food is extremely inconvenient and counterproductive. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but if I felt like coming into the restaurant; I would have come in to order. There is zero benefit to ordering through the app at this location. Having to come in and still have to wait 10+ minutes for food to be ready after already pre-ordering and paying seems extremely silly and like a massive... read more
Fairly new location in it was great for a while. The last few times my burger looked like it was made, thrown on the ground, then thrown back in the box. Still tasted good but I had to put it back together and was questioning what had happened to it. The service seems to be a lot slower now too. I guess the district manager is in babysitting it anymore.
Was impressed with how professional friendly the young staff was. Great customer service.
