I wanted to share my recent experience, which was a series of unfortunate events. First, we waited 30 minutes for our food. Then, getting the drink order right became another issue, requiring three separate attempts from the staff. While the manager was kind and helpful, they provided a coupon for two free meals that upon closer inspection expired that very day. Despite the high quality of the food, the service was a complete disaster.
Some of the friendliest staff, and courteous, for a fast food place.
The employees are nice and friendly, but my only issue is the waiting for your food is long. I asked for a concrete mixer and when I received it, it was more like soup not thick like I get from other Culver's locations
