Food was fresh and hot
Culver’s was great when it first came to central Florida a few years ago, but lately its just been worse service than almost all other fast food and its twice as expensive. Came tonight and sat for 40 minutes before someone finally went inside and the food was just sitting there for almost an hour. Everything was watered down and just soaked in grease from sitting. This isn’t the first time either, absolutely garbage service for how much you spend here.
They need to clean their soda lines because ours were undrinkable. The burgers were dry, and they didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for. We also had to correct the cashier several times before finishing our order.
Friendly, polite, professional staff. Fresh, made to order food and custard. Efficient delivery in restaurant, drive through or “curdside.” They offer seasonal and promotional specials and a different specialty custard flavor daily. Large variety of both entrees and sides including broccoli.
