I was very disappointed on the service 😒 we received today been out here in altoona for 5 years and only had maybe 3 issues in 5 years but they way we was just treated and the whispering about us because I was upset is so unprofessional and disrespectful its fine if things change just inform us clearly we didnt know but the whispering and looks are crazy and my food was forgotten about once I asked about it was cold . Busy but we received our food in a timely manner.
Rather disappointed. Culver's is one of the only options in Altoona for anything gluten free without making major substitutions and they completely got my order wrong. Trying to take a night off of cooking and they messed up my order. At least they got my fiance's order right since he can eat literally anything he wants.
