Great place
We used to love this place. However recently every time we have gotten ice cream, it is a soupy/runny mess. This time we ordered a caramel cookie dough mixer with extra cookie dough. The top had a drizzle of caramel and a couple pieces of cookie dough. The rest was plain vanilla ice cream. So bummed to see this place going down hill.
Good at the altoona culvers is always great and the staff is always amazing
