The staff here are super friendly, nice, and patient even when they're super busy. It's also a plus that they keep this store appropriately staffed for the busy hours. James who took my order was amazing! And as always the food is great
Went to the drive thru, orders were taken quickly. At the window my order was repeated again to make sure it was correct. Don't remember the gal at the windows name, but she was exactly who you want at the window!! Paid & asked to move ahead to wait fir food. I was one of 5 or 6 vehicles waiting but only waited maybe 5 mins. Food was fresh!
I had such a great experience at Culver’s, especially because of Kiara! She was so kind, gentle, and welcoming. She was always smiling and willing to help everyone, and you could tell she genuinely cared about the customers. She was very patient, respectful, and friendly, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Kiara is such a wonderful person and an amazing employee. Culver’s is lucky to have her!
My wife and I stopped in for a late dinner after a day of hardwork. The food was served hot and perfectly prepared. The restarant was clean, including the drink area. The service was perfect and friendly. The restrooms were also very clean. We were very pleased with our visit to the Altoona Culver's and we will be back.
