I usually enjoy Culver’s, but my experience at the Vieira location was awful. I ordered through Uber Eats, 2 chicken sandwiches, but the bread was so hard it was completely inedible. It honestly seemed like it had been microwaved—especially since I added cheese, and it was melted onto the bun like glue. Very tasty food (the pretzel bites are delicious) on the go, except when the go turns into a 30 min wait for drive through for basic menu items with no substitutions. Completely understandable that there are employee shortages, this place sometimes does not appear to have a single adult working/managing, for such a large space, especially on weekends
Normal good Culver's food, but terrible Carry-Out service. After 10 minutes we went inside and sure enough our food was just sitting there... when they saw us perturbed with phone, they told someone to take our food out. Food was lukewarm and soggy. Hope this was just a one off.
I really wasn't impressed with the fish. The coleslaw was very good. The place was busy and it was my first time there. I felt hurried in placing my order. The menu is very extensive. For first timers, I would advise you to check out the menu online before going in otherwise it will be overwhelming and your order will feel rushed. I'd rather not go back. The lemons were placed right by the bread so by the time I got it home the bread was soggy and lemony. The cod was very bland.
