To start out I came in for my pickup order this evening and there were about five - six employees just staring at me not saying a word. I waited two minutes for someone to acknowledge me with multiple employees looking at me and pretending I’m not there. Which I needed an employee because I had gotten custard. Anyways there was no straw in the bag no big deal. But when I got home I saw I was missing all my sauces not one and I had gotten two. The customer service was terrible and to add onto it I had items missing.
The food is very fresh and customer service is amazing.
We had bag experiences we order a food that sow on board out side but when they add up our bill the price was different than what we sow outside . We ask manager why ? You don’t care even what ever it said outside also he mentioned it doesn’t matter if it is show different out side . He ask me to give I’ve been 26 cents but I did not want take that the point was not 26 cents. Customers has to get what you advertise on your outside board. So stop act like child be professional
