I recommend Culver's but not the one in Springfield Illinois on Dirksen. Their service is disgustingly poor, they can't get your order right. When they remake you food it comes back looking like slop.
Was not impressed with the food. Don’t plan on coming back again.
Terrible service. Would not replace my full order due to uneatable sandwich’s which where carry out so didn’t know till got home. Had 30 days to come in for free replacement meals. When we did the gave me sandwiches only. Fries curds and drinks not replace. BS. So I had fries curds and drinks the other night for supper and just sandwiches tonight. What has happen to customer service and loyalty. Sure the hell is not at Culver’s

Great service!
Stopped here on a road trip and was very happy. Friendly and attentive staff, hot food (even through the drive through), and definitely didn't skimp on the sundae toppings!
