Culver has awesome gluten free hamburger buns. The customer service is awesome here too!
I love the food, but each time the service is horrible. My boyfriend comes back in a bad mood everytime he goes there to get food for me.
Once again no one in line behind us in drive thru yet we were asked to pull forward. No one asked about ketchup or salt so we had to send delivery boy back inside for some. Then the kid doesn't let hubby get his hand under ketchup so one hit the floor. Grr.. And only after we start to pull away does another car come around to the window. Customer service in drive thru is zero.
i wish theyd pay closer attn to call in drive thru orders, seems mine is rarely right. but the food itself is great
Best customer service in Webb City and most of the Joplin area. Their food is supwr good, too!

Every time I eat here it is a good experience--staff and food are excellent. I'm very pleased to hear Culver's is considering opening another store in Joplin--there is an empty lot across from my house down here in the tornado zone, so please build there and I will never have to cook again!!!
