We really appreciate the attention and love Beave receives whenever we come in. Also, from the front to the back ( Katie ❤️) and Dr. B, we respect the on going advice you have given us since our labradoodle was 12 weeks old to 18mths old. Truly the best. The CPAH team from their techs, front desk, to veterinarians are so thoughtful and loving with our pup Cosmo. He has had some health issues and they have helped us navigate them with such grace and caught a very crucial issue that we needed to address with specialists. Their attentiveness and kindness is SO SO appreciated. Thank you for everything CPAH, Team.
From start to finish everyone has been so kind, helpful and patient with my family and pet. Whether it’s on the phone or in person, they are happy to answer my questions and concerns. I loved that the day after surgery the staff called to check on my cat :) what a compassionate group of people working here!
I brought my two sick dogs to this clinic and was extremely disappointed with the experience from beginning to end. The front desk staff seemed indifferent—not just toward me, but also toward my dogs and their own responsibilities. It was a wonderful experience after a harrowing day of worry that escalated to an ER visit the night before. They were super busy but the front desk, tech and veterinarian were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel that my Daisy is in good hands.
