I had my car at the dealer for regular service, they informed me i needed shocks, could not believe thier prices, i know i am driving a German car but those prices were extreme. Talked to a friend, called you you gave me a great fair price, free loaner, washed my car, life is good thanks.
Let's face it: anything having to do with auto repair, parts replacement, etc. can be very intimidating. You go in thinking you have only one item to fix and then you are being called out to your vehicle by the tech and it brings back those horrible memories of being called to the Principal's office. An honest mechanic, took my car to the dealer, they quoted me some really high estimates for my front and rear brakes, took my car out and consulted with a friend, she told me to give you a try, i brought the car in you gave me a free loaner, when you called back you said only the front brakes need attention right now, the back can wait until the next oil change, and the estimate was fantastic.
