I had my car at the dealer for regular service, they informed me i needed shocks, could not believe thier prices, i know i am driving a German car but those prices were extreme. Talked to a friend, called you you gave me a great fair price, free loaner, washed my car, life is good thanks.
Some time it takes bad things to find good things, had to get a DUI to find a good mechanic, they installed my intox unit and i have been having these guys service my car ever since, great service.
Old fashion service, i locked my keys in the car, no one would help me, came in your shop you gave me this device to unlock my car, you saved the day, thank you so much, i will use your services from now on.

I have been going to Culver Automotive since 2002, first with an old Honda Passport and now with a Subaru Outback. Dmitri has always taken good care of my cars and understands that I have a limited budget. He usually offers options, such as "you can do A and B now, and wait to do C." He has provided a loaner car at no cost, and has my car ready when promised. He's responsive by phone and does not talk down to me like other mechanics have in the past.
