I am 100% serious… I wait until I am in Erie to see my man Youssef! He is the owner of culture cut which I stumbled upon and was so happy to find!! I jokingly said on the first appointment can you do something about my bald spot in the back just joking and he cut my hair because it was long enough that he covered the whole thing and my friend was like how the blank did he do that he is very talented.
