A Mixed Experience Turned Positive: Planning a trip to the store was a whole process since I live out of town and have two toddlers. Once we arrived, I found what I needed, but I wasn’t allowed to remove my own jewelry to ensure I was getting the right size due to store policy. Buyer beware false advertising physical store location does not honour website pricing. If an item is advertised as 25% on the website staff will try and charge you fully price at the store as that is "only website pricing" which is not stated anywhere on the website. This is blatant false advertising and will never shop here.
