I have only had good experiences at this establishment. The workers are so friendly and understanding. I had broken my nose stud and lost both parts and the manager Mick was so helpful and friendly and understanding and able to accommodate me. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs jewelry or fun gifts! 10/10 in my books <3 i will be coming back forever

This store was great at the start when buying you're average gauge, but the moment you start looking for size 2 up to 00, they have problems, not once but twice I bought size 0 gauges and got 1 @ 0 and the other was 00. Make sure you know your sizes before buying since gauges sell individual NOT IN PAIRS

A Mixed Experience Turned Positive: Planning a trip to the store was a whole process since I live out of town and have two toddlers. Once we arrived, I found what I needed, but I wasn’t allowed to remove my own jewelry to ensure I was getting the right size due to store policy.
