I appreciate the understanding when I had to cancel my appointment on May 14 2026 due to my mom suddenly passing away that same day. I was worried about the late cancellation fee but the Cultura staff was understanding and no cancellation charge. When it was time to book again after coming back in town from the funeral etc, I scheduled for July 31 2026. On the way to that appointment, I unexpectedly got a flat tire.
