Would leave no stars if I could. These people mess with people who are simply just trying to heal. And instead of helping you, they only hurt you and cause you more problems. They manipulate the billing and tacked all my sessions into one massive bill after telling me I was fully covered by insurance for 6 months. This place is a joke (clerical side) they failed to bill my workplaces EAP causing an amount to go to collections. My counselor Nyema was late to almost every appointment. Was late turning in insurance paperwork. Don’t understand how this place is still around. After I received a call from a debt collector I got my insurance to pay for it then bam they send me an additional bill for and amount that doesn’t match my records! Stay AWAY
I love this office! Just a little transparency, I’m on my second therapist. I started with Rich and I thought I didn’t want to do therapy anymore because it was his time to move on. I absolutely loved our sessions and I didn’t think I would open up to any one else. He referred me to Keisha, I thought about it and said I’d give it a try because I trust his opinion. Was a client of Keshia’s and she consistently was late, disorganized, failed to connect me to additional needed resources, and minimized what was needed for me to navigate one of the most challenging times in my life. I would not trust her with the care of anyone I love.
I love coming every single week I used to have Sam but she sadly had too leave me but now I have nura and we have fun and she’s helping me with my anxiety and depression and I have new ways too cope it and I even share the exercises with my family and friends to know how better to benefit me and help me through my anxiety and stress issues I have
