The best customer service! I accidentally gave the shop the wrong delivery address which didn't exist, unfortunately I was traveling when the flowers were attempted to be delivered. The delivery was lost which was my fault, however the shop contacted me the next week and replaced the flowers and they were lovely! Will definitely keep using this service!

Absolutely Stunning—Pictures Don’t Do Them Justice. I ordered the Soho Fresh Flower Hand-Tied Bouquet for Valentine’s Day and had it delivered to my fiancée’s office. We could not be happier with the service provided! Kelly was so helpful. Flower arrangements were definitely not our strong suit, Kelly helped us with our design just by talking to us and putting our ideas together. The arrangements were so perfect, we were able to use them a second time as decorations for our after party which matched our theme. Everything went seamlessly. The quality of work and the price point were top notch!
