Back in May, I had this company come out and pump my septic tank. They failed to clear the main line which caused my mainline to rupture and they left 3 foot of sludge in the bottom of it my tank because they said they didn’t bring the right vehicle out to pump. So here I am a few months later having to have my septic pumped out yet again by a much more efficient and price friendly septic company. Requested a pump out to get an estimate for entire new septic. They have given me a run around for over a month. Sean was telling me a few days and then the next week a few days and then they just stop answering my calls all together. Would not use this company.
