RecommendedI am stunned at this low rating. Since the day I moved here Ann and Lacy have been incredible. As we started going through Covid Ann reassured us that we would not be evicted as she understood how backed up unemployment was. Not ONCE did she make me feel like anything but an appreciated neighbor. She said this is the time for all of us to pull together as family. I don't feel I live in an apartment complex. very friendly management an really nice people to get to know
I don't recommend these apartments because tbey have ridiculous rules, they have favoritism with their tenants and are unfair in how they handle situations. They do favors for some people but are harder on others. They are slack on fixing things. Kids run wild everywhere without parental supervision. They are definitely overpriced!!
Nice well maintained complex . The staff are all so nice and friendly. All the tenants ive encountered have been really friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I absolutely love our apartment. It's very clean and very quiet. I never hear my neighbors and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I don't see any misbehaving children and everyone I come in contact with are always friendly. I would definitely recommend the apartments to anyone looking.
The children in these apartments run loose at all hours. They bang on doors, vandalize the grounds, litter, vandalize the mailboxes and play area, throw rocks at windows and yell profanity. The management does nothing about any of these things, i even have video of multiple occurrences and management doesn't even want to see it. Calling to report anything doesn't help because no one ever answers the phone....ever.
