SJW pandering at its finest
After requesting a vacation hold to end on July 5th, and 4 calls to receive my papers as of today, I still have not gotten a single paper. Needless to say, I’m a little frustrated. I don’t know who is getting my messages but it certainly isn’t anyone who manages deliveries. I just started a subscription last month after a long lapse because of service like this and nothing has changed.
The absolute worst newspaper delivery service of any newspaper I've ever experienced in all my life! Check my number of missed deliveries I've experienced since I subscribed. Here it is again, Sunday May 24, 2020...No Culpeper Star Exponent! No big surprise there!
