Don't give them the pleasure of wasting your time and resources. I booked a service call over a week in advance and was told I would be the only person on the schedule for the day and that the technician, Andy Spell, would be there early in the morning. To make a very long and annoying story short, I had to call them all day to find out at 3:00pm that they were not going to show up.
