I scheduled an appointment for my daughter who had a referral for a root canal. They booked the appointment knowing her age. We requested a cancellation call if anything opened up sooner. I felt so incredibly lucky when we were able to move her appointment from 9 days out to just one! Just an hour later, I received a call that the doctor would not see my daughter due to her age after having booked the appointment ( a second time) with our personal information and knowing the treatment needed. Dr Gilbert and staff are amazing! They treat you like a VIP from the moment you call. Once in the office they are on time, every person 100% trained and professional at their job. Now Dr Gilbert gets to shine listening to your concerns and offering her advice. Every Dr should model themselves after this amazing team of professionals! I am dedicated to them and I will never go anywhere else for my TMJ splints. She really understands my needs. Amazing in every way!
