I would employee any other water company in the area. My well water is STILL terrible after 3 years of testing and chlorine. The company has been out here 2x to replace things and each time they charge a $100 service call fee even if they don’t fix anything with the unit. The worst customer service, not the typical people you would expect to run a small town business. Timely and very professional. We have been with them for many years.
The staff have all been great! Jeremy is who installed my system and has been awesome to speak with anytime I've had a question or concern. I was mistakenly sold the wrong filters and he made it right no fuss. If you are interested in a soft water system I would absolutely consider culligan to be your choice!
