I mean, everything is great until you realize your faucet no longer works and you call for them to check it - only for them to tell you someone was suppose to change your filter 7 months ago (which was on them to call and schedule because it is included in your monthly subscription if you lease your filtration system). And then to get on schedule for a week, only for no one to show up because they’re so under staffed that everyone is all over the place and forgets to put things on the schedule for your system. Terrible experience. Confirmed with this company 3 times for a consultation only for the tech not to show up. When I reached out I was told I did not confirm. The tech called me at 7pm the night before from a random number and didn’t leave a message. I was then met with blame? Cmon.. i’m trying to spend money with you. Take your business elsewhere.
I went in to have a water test ....The staff was awesomely nice...schedule my appointment and out the door 🚪....Great work you guys
