The service that was given by the St John Culligan is unmatched. Not only did they get our softner and reverse osmosis systems out almost immediately, they did everything they could to help answer all of our questions. The delivery guys are also very polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend St John Culligan water and thanks again Stacey for all your help.
We decided to try the Culligan Water Softener and reverse osmosis system when we moved into our new home in The Gates and so grateful we did. We can feel a such a huge difference on both our skin and hair when showering, the laundry comes out so much softer and the drinking water from the reverse osmosis system tastes so much better than bottled water. I highly recommend the Culligan products and services. Dan is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and an all around great guy to work with. I do not recall my installer name but he was awesome as well. Very professional, clean, organized, on time and did a great job. He took the time to explain everything to me and familiarize me with the equipment. We absolutely love our water softener and reverse osmosis system. We've had the Culligan system for 3 yrs and everyone has been helpful and nice. Water always tests good and units seem to be working just fine. So far so good:)
I have not received the kind of customer service that Stacey at the St John location provided in a very very long time. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through trouble shooting steps to try and fix my issue instead of immediately just scheduling a tech visit. She was able to answer every question I had and even gave very useful suggestions for future use. The delivery guys are also very polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend St John Culligan water and thanks again Stacey for all your help.
