Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. Customer service is rude and horrible. If you ask for management, the management will give you their competitors phone number.
2 weeks ago NEW I had a culligan system put into my home as I wanted better quality water for my family. About a month later I had a heart attack and was not able to pay my bill this did put me several months behind. I finally got in touch with the company and offered to make a payment of 500 and 300 week after which would have made my account current.
