Very happy with the product and service; they did screw up billing a couple of times, which was annoying, but overall were satisfied.
The water tastes great, the equipment works well. It filtered out almost all impurities from our contaminated well water (per county health dept. water testing). But they dont keep their monthly schedule or appointments (they dont call to let me know, either), and I have to keep calling back to get filters, etc., replaced.
