Disappointing customer service experience. Instead of making things frustrating and difficult, try being simple and easy WITH WATER DELIVERY! I don't understand why delivering bottles of water and picking up empties needs to be rocket science to Casey over there. Thanks for ruining my Monday Morning Casey and Culligan!
TL;DR: poor customer experience, poor service manager, hold through automated phone menu for 15-20 minutes before being connected to a human, after being connected get tossed around and finally not end up getting any answer and false promise of callback. Details: Bought the smart RO and smart softener system in 8k in July 2024. We have been waiting for service since sept 20th. We asked for a dispenser and a few 5 gallon bottles. It was to be delivered before the 20th or the following week. I have tried to speak with an actual representative and all we get is a call center rep. Is Culligan struggling with employee retention? I left 2 messages in the last few days and no call back and no email. Get it together!
