I bought a house less than 5 months ago and part of my closing deal was new products from Culligan that should have warranty. Within those 5 months, I found out that my transformer was hooked up incorrectly and that my sterner pump tube and cap were damaged. I called to get these items repaired under the warranty and was informed in a rudely manner that I do not have warranty because I was not the original purchaser... Called this afternoon Saturday Sept. 1 and was told I couldn’t schedule service until Tuesday. I spent 6,000 on well purifying system, chlorination, iron removal, etc and clorinator stopped working along with backwashing after a month or so. If I knew service was going to be this bad I wouldn’t of bought your system. This wasn’t what I was promised.
