This is a small local business and they strive to provide high quality and fair service. If a response is delayed I have found it is because they are working with other clients. I got my house, which is on a well and the water had high iron staining my bathtub, shower, sinks, toilet, and tasted terrible. I provided them with samples and they recommended a media filter. I have to give a big shout out to Jeff! We had no water over the weekend and called to ask if he could come check it out. He had quite the full schedule and even sounded hesitant to commit because he had so much going on since most on the island were without water due to freezing pipes. Jeff still made a way to show up at the end of his day and OUT OF HIS WAY! He took about an hour? maybe less to check things out. He was able to rule out all issues. My experience with Island Water Systems was very disappointing. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and things were not handled in the way they should have been. Michael, the office manager, was not helpful at all. Instead of trying to resolve my concerns, he came across as dismissive and unresponsive, which only added to the frustration. When you’re paying for a service, the least you expect is someone to listen and take ownership, but that didn’t happen here.

Jeff installed our system in 2020 and it has worked very well. Asked him to come by and reset the timing due to the water not being as soft at is used to be (different well?). Came by the next day, great service!

I think it was Jeff that installed our standard Housing. When I came home I was impressed how everything looked but soon after it started leaking. I went to talk to Island Systems the next morning and was told he'd be there the next day to fix it. He never showed up. I've made several calls since then and still no response. Here it has been a week and its leaking worse. I was in business for 15 years and never treated any of my customers like this. I give this business a big 0 for service.
