What a decline from 3 years ago when I started using them. I'm on auto-pay and they billed me for more than they invoiced me. When I call to inquire about the discrepancy, the billing representatives were rude, unhelpful and condescending. Their prices are always increasing too. Save yourself the headache and go with another company. No longer worth it
