Aside from getting water delivery from Culligan of New City we also rent a hot/cold cooler. This cooler has needed service for a couple of weeks now. You call the office and always have to leave a message which is fine, but NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK! It is quite frustrating to say the least.
Culligan in New City has become the worst Company to deal with. They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, they don't get back to you. I believe there are new owners who have taken over a couple of years now, and they are horrible. This used to be one of the best Companies with the friendliest people working there. They always picked up by the second ring. Don't I repeat, don't buy from them or deal with them if you don't have to. Let them get sold or go out of business.
**My issue is with Culligan Corporate who made these changes-- I will remove my review once the issue gets fixed** I never had issues with Culligan of Rockland until they redid their website and changed the login system they use. I cannot access my account despite being told my account number, when I enter it --it says it doesn't exist. received a bill that doesn't make sense - wanted to go to the account to see what I was charged for- the link is fraudulent and the computer and iPhone won't connect to it. I think the company was bought and there's no longer accountability for the business. Very frustrating-
