By FAR the absolute worst company I've ever done business with. Haven't had water in a month and we pay them monthly. Sent a tech out one day and they didn't have what they needed to hook up and charged us a service call. They sent another out and he had stuff to hook us up but didn't bring filters. Also got hit for another service call charge. They then said the were scheduling us out two more weeks for filters. I told them to pick their equipment up instead. If there was a zero star option, that is what they would get.
Love the 5 gallon drinking water. I tried to upgrade to spring water but my family severely objected. Ice cold water from the water dispenser, tons better than pop or beer.
Originally we were trying to use primo services but they never would actually come out to deliver. Then we reached out to Culligan and they responded immediately. There was some confusion on initial delivery but they made it right. It is quick and easy to make any changes to our delivery. The team is very responsive and professional. I would recommend to anyone.
Prepare to be frustrated at every turn with this outfit. I just canceled my service after their condescending staff had no interest in fixing issues. What issues? Water often had foreign objects or a taste of cleaning solvent. They'd announce a delivery date and send e-mail reminders, only to show up on different dates.
