Originally we were trying to use primo services but they never would actually come out to deliver. Then we reached out to Culligan and they responded immediately. There was some confusion on initial delivery but they made it right. It is quick and easy to make any changes to our delivery. The team is very responsive and professional. I would recommend to anyone.
Prepare to be frustrated at every turn with this outfit. I just canceled my service after their condescending staff had no interest in fixing issues. What issues? Water often had foreign objects or a taste of cleaning solvent. They'd announce a delivery date and send e-mail reminders, only to show up on different dates. Then they charge more because you didn't know they were coming on a different date. Then when you try to pay your bill 3 or 4 days early, their web portal lists you as delinquent. Impossible to get anyone to come out and service equipment. Give you a 6 hour window and then never call when they are on the way. Salt delivery is just as much a headache, have called in 2 times to get payment info switched. The guy says its all good to go then the next month comes by and no salt. Call in to see what's up and they say they have no payment info. Steer clear unless you like wasting your time and dealing with un nessicary headache. Just want to update anyone that is reading.
