Impossible to get anyone to come out and service equipment. Give you a 6 hour window and then never call when they are on the way. Salt delivery is just as much a headache, have called in 2 times to get payment info switched. The guy says its all good to go then the next month comes by and no salt. The salesman and technicians were all polite and knowledgeable. The taste of the water is excellent! The equipment works great with well water. Although nothing is perfect, it comes pretty close.
